Leadership Team

Laura Lee, Chief Executive Officer

Chief Executive Officer

Laura Lee

Laura leads ACPA, the first Asia-led platform dedicated to mobilising philanthropic capital for climate solutions across the region. She brings more than 20 years of leadership across humanitarian aid, philanthropy, and business development, working at the intersection of global institutions, civil society, and the private sector to advance social and environmental impact in Asia.

Laura has held senior leadership roles with The Fred Hollows Foundation, Médecins Sans Frontières, UNHCR, and Credit Suisse, and has worked on environmental and conservation initiatives with the UN Food and Agriculture Organization and an ocean exploration programme.

Yvonne Ho, Director of Philanthropy

Director of Philanthropy

Yvonne Ho

Yvonne leads philanthropic engagement and strategic partnerships at ACPA, collaborating with philanthropists, family offices, foundations, and partners — guiding donors through the climate landscape, shaping philanthropic pathways, and connecting capital to high-impact opportunities.

A seasoned leader with over 20 years in philanthropy and institutional advancement, she has secured more than $350 million in funding to drive higher education across business management, healthcare, technology, design, sustainability, and social impact.

Almo Pradana, Director of Climate

Director of Climate

Almo Pradana

As Director of Climate, Almo decides what ACPA puts in front of donors. He assesses which climate solutions across Asia are credible and fundable, then builds the portfolios that match them to a donor's timeframe and appetite for risk.

He brings 15 years across international NGOs, global consulting, development agencies, and the energy sector — experience that helps bridge legacy industries with the transition. His approach is practical and outcomes-first: measure what matters — dollars deployed, capital crowded in, emissions avoided, and community co-benefits.

He believes the region’s long-term prosperity will come from solutions that are locally grounded, commercially realistic, and boldly collaborative.
